Overview

You want to delete a space within your Sococo5k organization because it is no longer necessary or you want to remove a space because it was created by mistake.  

Note: Only organization administrators can delete spaces. If you were an admin, and no one in your organization has access to the Sococo5k application anymore, contact Sococo5k Support for assistance.

Solution

1. Access the Sococo5k application.
2. <supportagent>Navigate to a space in the customer's organization.</supportagent>
3. Click on your profile icon on the top-right. This icon will have your initials.
4. Click on Settings.
5. Navigate to Administration > Space Management.
6. On the Space Management page, search for the space you wish to modify.
7. Click on the edit icon for the correct space in the results section.
   
8. Expand the Delete Space option and click on the DELETE SPACE button. Please note that this action CANNOT be undone.
   
9. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the space. 
   

Testing

After confirming you want to delete the space, the space must be deleted immediately. To confirm it was correctly deleted, navigate to Space Management again and search for the space you previously deleted. No results should be displayed. If the deleted space is still listed in the Change Space menu, reload your application.
