Overview

You want to know the URL of a room in your space to share it with other Sococo5k users but since you are using the desktop app, there is no address bar where this information is presented. Or, you want to create a link that will direct users to a specific room for a meeting. This article describes the steps to acquire the link to a specific room in the desktop and web applications.

Solution

1. Access the Sococo5k application.
2. Locate the room you want to share the link to. If the room is in another space, move to that space.
3. Right-click over anywhere in the room.
4. Click on the Share Room Link option.
   

Testing

A Share link pop-up will be displayed with the Room link. You can copy the link by clicking on the icon and then share it with other Sococo5k Users to have them join the room directly from calendar invites or chat messages.
