Overview
The Sococo5k app might not load the login panel or a space map after logging in some cases and only show an empty gray screen. The issue can affect both the desktop and browser versions of the app.

Instructions
Reload the Application
Reload your web or desktop application using Ctrl + R or Cmd + R. If the issue persists, try a hard reload using Ctrl + Shift + R or Cmd + Shift + R. If the login panel or the map is still not loading correctly, continue with the troubleshooting process.
Allow Sococo5k in your Adblocker Extensions
Adblocker tools running in your system to block adverts in Google Chrome and desktop applications can prevent the Sococo5k app from fully loading. To fix this issue, the Sococo5k application needs to be whitelisted or added to the list of trusted sites/applications.
After including the Sococo5k app in the list, reload the application. If the issue persists, go to the next step.
Use Incognito Mode
To confirm if the issue is caused by a corrupt cache or by your installation, access the Sococo5k application in incognito mode. If the issue persists in incognito mode, report the issue to Sococo5k Support. However, if the issue is no longer present, it is possible that the Sococo5k app might be trying to connect automatically using incorrect credentials that are stored in the cache, your cache has become corrupted, or that your application was not installed correctly.
Clear Cache
If the login panel or the map are displayed when accessing the app in incognito mode, and you experience the issue when using the web application, you need to clear your cache to fix the issue. Refer to Clearing Sococo5k Cache for more information.
Reinstall App
If the login panel or the map are displayed when accessing the app in incognito mode, and you experience the issue when using the desktop application, you need to reinstall the desktop application. Refer to Reinstalling Desktop Application for more information.
Report Issue to Sococo5k Support
Replicate the issue in order to collect the console logs and the HAR file. Create a ticket for Sococo5k Support making sure to describe the issue you are experienced in great detail and include the console logs and HAR file that were obtained.
