Overview

Every member of a team has an avatar on the space. To change rooms and meet others, an avatar can be moved to different rooms by clicking on the room name or room area. It is also allowed to move an avatar to different seats within the same room.

Solution

You can only move your avatar. It is not possible to move other avatars. However, you can invite others to come to your room ("Get them"), but you can not move them yourself.

Avatars can move in different ways:

• You can move to a different seat in the same room, by clicking on the seat where you want to move to.
  
• You can move to a different room, either by clicking on the room name or double-clicking on the room area.
  
• If you want to move your avatar to a different space, you need to select the space you want to move to, using the Change space button on the top-left part of the Sococo app.
  

If you try to go to a room where the door is closed, you will be notified that the room door is closed. In this case, you have to knock first, and anyone in the room can allow you to enter.

Testing

If you are unable to move your avatar, it could be an issue with the connectivity or cache. To fix the issue, please clear the cache in your browser (if a browser is used). If these steps do not resolve your issue, please follow the full Application Troubleshooting process.
