Overview
You want to update the email address of your Sococo5k account.
Information
Currently, the Sococo5k application does not allow users to update the email address linked to their account. To update your email address you will need to add a new user with your new email address and remove your old (current) user. However, there are several possible restrictions on this process:
- Your user has to be a non-SSO user (does not use Single Sign-On to access the application).
- If you are the only Administrator, you can temporarily promote a coworker to be an Administrator, and have them complete this task for you. If this is not an option, you can always contact Support for assistance in this matter.
