Overview
You forgot your password and need to set a new one to be able to access the Sococo5k application. When you try to log in using the wrong credentials, you get an error: "The email and password combination is incorrect. If you are already registered with us, please try to reset the password."
Prerequisites
- Access to the email account used for Sococo5k login.
- You are not logging in via SSO.
Solution
- Click on the "Forgot password?" option.
- Enter your Login Email address on the next window, and click Request password reset.
- You will receive a confirmation that the password reset instructions were sent.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Forgot your Sococo password?".
Note: Check your spam or junk folder if you can't find the email in your inbox. If the email is not in these folders either, verify if you are using another email account for Sococo5k, or contact your colleagues and ask them to invite you to space first.
- Click on the Reset Password button from the email.
- Enter and confirm the new password, and click on Save.
Testing
After you successfully complete the steps above, you will receive a notification that you have a new password.
To test the new credentials, follow the steps below:
- Click Go to Login page.
- Use your new credentials to log in.
If you are still having problems accessing your account, please follow up on a support ticket explaining the issue in detail and provide all the steps you tried so far.
Note: Remember, if your organization has SSO enabled for Sococo5k login, we will never store your password. In this case, contact your IT Department for password issues.
